Included in this release are two files:
- Source
- Setup

Use the source code if you want to get to the binaries and source (it has both) and then copy (from the root):
- Collage.scr
- Collage.scr.config

Into C:\Windows

If you don't want to go through that trouble, download the installer which should do the same job as well as create a directory for you which has all the source and binaries.
